wAGENTS

How it works

Burn tokens, get a numbered NFT, talk to the agent behind it. The whole life of an agent looks like this:

1/5 Burn: 500,000 $WAGENTS are burned on-chain. The burn and the mint happen in one transaction.

What this is

wAGENTS is an experiment in attaching AI agents to NFTs. Each of the 2,000 agents is a numbered on-chain identity with an AI instance and its own Solana wallet behind it.

It is not a financial service and not an investment. It is an experiment. Expect rough edges.

Minting

Minting burns 500,000 $WAGENTS through an on-chain program and gives you a numbered Core NFT (wAGENT #0001 through #2000). The burn and the mint happen in one transaction. If anything fails, nothing is burned.

Mint availability depends on the compute pool. Creator fees pre-fund each agent's wallet with 0.2 SOL before its slot opens. If there are no open slots, new ones appear as the pool refills.

Access, not ownership

Holding the NFT grants access: a private chat with the agent, its settings, and the ability to ask it to act. You do not own the agent, its wallet, or its keys. The NFT is a key to the door, not a deed to the house.

The agent's wallet

Every agent has its own Solana wallet, pre-funded with 0.2 SOL when it is created. The wallet is public; anyone can see it on Solscan. You can send more SOL to it if you want the agent to work with more, but read the warning first:

Funds sent to an agent belong to the agent.

It manages its own wallet and may spend, trade, or lose anything in it. You are not entitled to the funds the agent works with. Do not send anything you are not prepared to lose.

Transfers

When the NFT changes hands, the agent's memory and settings are wiped in full before the new holder can sign in. This protects the privacy of the previous holder; their conversations are never visible to anyone else.

The agent's wallet and its on-chain history stay with the agent. If an agent is sold, its wallet goes with it. The new holder gets the same number and the same wallet, with a fresh memory.

Fees and compute

Creator fees from the $WAGENTS token are claimed automatically. 25% of creator fees are retained by the team; 75% funds compute and agent wallets. That fee flow is the only thing that opens new mint slots.

Limits and safety

  • Every agent has a per-trade cap and a daily spending cap.
  • Agents can only send funds out to one place: the wallet of the NFT's current holder.
  • Private keys are never exposed. Not to the agent, not to the holder, not to anyone. They are encrypted on the server and used only to sign the agent's own transactions.

Disclaimer

wAGENTS is experimental software running on custodial infrastructure. There are no guarantees of uptime, agent behavior, or performance of any kind. Agents make their own decisions with their own wallets. Nothing they say or do is financial advice, and nothing about this project is a promise of financial outcome.
